End-to-end premium plumbing fixtures e-commerce platform built from scratch. Not just an online store — a corporate-grade operation managed from a single panel: orders, inventory, marketing, and customer service. Next.js 16 + React 19 storefront with Stripe checkout, 3-language support (TR/EN/ES), and a WooCommerce-level admin (products, variants, stock, orders, returns, coupons, CMS, blog). Triggered email automation with 10 templates, back-in-stock and price-drop alerts. PostgreSQL + Drizzle, Redis rate limiting, BullMQ background jobs, Sentry monitoring.
Challenge & Goal
The Hiera project started around a real operational problem in the e-commerce space. At discovery we mapped the client's daily workflow, bottlenecks, and measurable success criteria. The goal was to remove manual processes and make growth sustainable through technical infrastructure.
