3. Purposes
Contract execution, client relationship management, legal compliance, finance, communications, advertising, service marketing.
4. Legal Basis
Consent (marketing cookies), contract necessity, legal obligation, legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5, GDPR Art. 6).
5. Transfers
Data may be transferred to cloud/SaaS providers outside Türkiye (Vercel, Google, Meta, Hostinger) under KVKK Art. 9 and GDPR Chapter V.
6. Data Subject Rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, complaint to supervisory authority.
