Official European store of Olympic champion LU Xiaojun. WordPress-based e-commerce stack; product management, inventory tracking, campaigns, and pixel flows are all controlled from a single admin panel. Newsletter automation tracks customer acquisition and retention. Shipping integration runs end-to-end from order confirmation to delivery. Two years of uninterrupted operations with strong retention.
Challenge & Goal
The Luxiaojun Europe project started around a real operational problem in the ecommerce space. At discovery we mapped the client's daily workflow, bottlenecks, and measurable success criteria. The goal was to remove manual processes and make growth sustainable through technical infrastructure.
