In short
Staffday doesn't collect any personal data. Everything you enter stays on your device.
What data the app handles
Your business name, employee names, roles, optional phone numbers, hourly wages, days off, time off, shifts, attendance and payment notes are stored only on your device, inside the app's own storage. They are never sent to us or to any third party.
Analytics, ads and tracking
Staffday uses no analytics tools, ad networks or tracking technologies. There is no account or sign-in.
Sharing
When you share a schedule, message or CSV file, it goes through the iOS share sheet to the app you choose. You stay in control of what is shared and with whom.
Purchases
Staffday Pro is sold by Apple through the App Store. We never receive your payment details. See Apple's privacy policy at apple.com/legal/privacy.
Deleting your data
Deleting the app removes all Staffday data from your device. You can also delete employees, shifts and records inside the app.
Children
Staffday is made for business owners and is not directed at children.
