Which platform do you use?+
Our own code: Lumiasoft Commerce — Next.js + Redis + custom admin. No rented platform. Zero platform fee, zero sales commission, full control.
Why your own code instead of an off-the-shelf platform?+
The TR market is specific: iyzico, PayTR, Trendyol, Hepsiburada, e-invoice, VAT accounting. Off-the-shelf platforms handle these partially via plugins. We write them natively. The same stack supports multi-currency for international customers.
What if I want Shopify or WooCommerce?+
On request we also build on Shopify or WooCommerce — our team is experienced with both. For the TR market we recommend Lumiasoft Commerce (native iyzico/PayTR/Trendyol, zero platform fee, full control). We decide together at discovery.
Can you migrate my existing store?+
Yes. Product, customer, order history migration, plus URL mapping and 301s. SEO equity preserved.
Do you open ads accounts?+
Google Ads + Meta Ads accounts + pixel/CAPI setup. Ongoing ads management is a separate package.
Payment terms?+
50% upfront + 50% on delivery. VAT excluded. Contract-based.
Post-launch support?+
Grow tier includes 6 months maintenance. Launch and Scale tiers: optional hosting + maintenance +€350/mo.
